DIGESA proposes a Health Standard for the Development of Bakery Products 076/10- NTS, DIGESA has establish a standard for sanitary requirements to be met by products and baking and pastry establishments, which also defines microbiological control parameters. This project of the standard is currently in the process of review and consultation..
