Due to an increase of orders requesting this method of analysis, INASSA has put into service the analysis to determine total aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2) in foods for human and animal consumption. Since last July we are working developing this analysis in maize, and from this month we extended it to other samples such as cereals, feed products, among others, the method implemented is: Enzyme Immunoassay ELISA: RIDASCREEN FAST FOR AFLATOXIN R-Biopharm. Federal Grain Inspection Services CERTIFICATE No. 2003-101.U.S.D.A FGIS and will start on to apply to INDECOPI to prove the method fulfills national and international requirements of its customers to issue results, we expect that in coming months this method will become part of the list of formal officials methods to continue attending the requirements of their customers.
